Join us for Mahina ʻŌlelo ʻOhana: ʻŌlelo Under the Stars, a special evening celebrating the beauty and wisdom of ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, one of the official languages of Hawaiʻi. As part of Maui County’s monthlong Mahina ʻŌlelo celebration, this event brings together music, games, and cultural learning under the night sky.

Event Highlights:

• 🎶 Musical Performance – Kamaunu Kahaialiʻi will share mele (songs) and manaʻo (wisdom) to start the evening.
  
• 📖 Cultural & Historical Insights – Ekela Crozier, ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi instructor, will provide a historical overview of the Hawaiian language.
  
• 🎲 Bingo in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi – A fun and interactive way to engage with the language!

This gathering is part of the global movement to honor and revitalize Indigenous languages, aligning with the UNESCO Decade of Indigenous Languages (2022-2032).
